Summary of Position:

Client Solutions Account Specialists are responsible for retaining current clients, providing expert advice, making sure that each client is happy, and each site is performing to the best of its ability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Solutions Account Specialists are responsible for contacting each of their clients on a monthly basis, verbally if possible. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training clients on the use of their website, troubleshooting issues, finding solutions, working with each department within the company to find those solutions, and speaking with clients to ascertain their needs.


·         College degree preferred

·         Ability to multitasks efficiently

·         At least 1 year of customer service experience

·         Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with a working knowledge of Google Apps
